Campsite Rules

Top Camping Kalajoki Rules and Safety Instructions

  • Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

  • During quiet hours, the use of outdoor grills and driving motor vehicles within the area is prohibited.

  • Any person behaving in a disturbing manner will be removed from the campsite.

  • The campsite tag must always be clearly visible, for example behind the car windshield. It must also be returned to reception upon departure.

  • Everyone is responsible for keeping their tent pitch or other area clean and for disposing of waste in designated bins.

  • Open fires are strictly prohibited in the area.

  • The price of one cabin or caravan pitch includes parking for one vehicle next to the accommodation. Parking for additional vehicles costs €20 per booking.

Weapons

Bringing knives or any other weapons onto the campsite is strictly prohibited without prior permission.

Animals

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed on the beach. A designated dog walking area is available on the campsite.

Liability

Each individual is personally responsible for any damage caused by their negligence or carelessness.

Loss or Damage of Property

The campsite operator is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property within the campsite area, including motor vehicles.

The campsite operator is not liable for any accidents that may occur within the campsite.

Safety Distance

A minimum safety distance of 4 meters must always be maintained.

Electricity Use

Sharing electricity from caravan power posts is prohibited. Running extension cords across roads or using tree branches to support cables is strictly forbidden.

Unauthorized Selling

Unauthorized selling or commercial activity within the campsite is prohibited and considered disruptive behavior.

Read and be prepared – act and stay safe!

  • When staying at the campsite:

    • Familiarize yourself with the area
    • Check the location of your cabin on the site map
    • Learn the locations of emergency exits
    • Find the nearest fire extinguisher

    Emergency exits are marked with green signs, and firefighting equipment with red signs.

    If you notice a fire or smell smoke:

    • Immediately rescue those in danger
    • Inform reception at once: +358 (0)40 559 3989
    • If you cannot reach reception, call the fire department: 112
    • Attempt to extinguish the fire using a fire extinguisher
    • Limit the spread of fire by closing doors and windows

    In case of an alarm:

    • Follow instructions carefully
    • Leave the cabin quickly and close the door behind you
    • Do not stop to collect personal belongings
    • Remain calm
